MySchool© Accounting Purchase Order and Inventory System The MySchool Purchase Order Module is shipping and was developed specifically for small to large school districts to electronically track requisitions, purchase orders and inventory. It was designed to used on a wide area network where all school sites, the district office and the technology department and the maintenance & operations department are connected. It works over multiple network protocols including TCP/IP, AppleTalk, Token Ring and Windows. MySchool work simultaneously with Windows NT, Windows 95/98 and Macintosh computers. This is the main window of the system, the version shown also has the optional purchase order system.
There are no limits on the number of sites or work orders in the systems, and as the system uses the server/client principle it does not slow down as more data is entered. The program revolves around a user/password system. Users are added and assigned privileges.
