MySchool Billing
a billing module for private and public schools
MySchool Billing© is a program designed specifically
for schools to track student fees and charges and to generate parent
billing statements for each student. MySchool Billing©
provides easy data entry. Fees and charges revolve around each
students file reducing the possibility of billing errors. All fees
and charges are automatically linked throughout the accounting
program to allow parent billing statements to be easily generated at
any interval your school desires. Reports recapping Account History,
Delinquency and Billing Statements are generated and MySchool
Billing© provides you with the ability to generate other
reports based on data fields you select. Also provided is the ability
to generate form letters to parents that meet the needs of your
school. MySchool provides data importing capabilities from most
existing attendance programs.
The student file is the central hub where most data entry will take
place. The user will be prompted and automatically taken to the
correct file when additional information is required. Each students
file is linked to their parents file, eliminating repetitive data
entry each time a student is charged for incidental supplies and
services. To facilitate data entry, scheduled fees and incidental
fees can be entered directly in the students file. All files can be
viewed in a list mode or as an individual card as shown above. Most
commands can be activated by either a button, menu command, or
keyboard commands to accommodate all styles of data entry.
